You can refill infusion kit for a second infusion, just let it sit a week the second time.
Tip: Snap sugar cube in half and save for second infusion. If you would like to infuse the entire 30 oz of spirit at once, just add contents to a quart jar, fill with 30 oz of spirit, and shake twice a day for three days.
For a zero-proof option, fill with water just off the boil. Let sit until cool and then refrigerate for 3 days. Strain and enjoy splashed into fizzy water!
